Many Web sites have on them somewhere a "date of last update" or a copyright date. Look for this, and try going backward to / and then another / on the URL (Web address) in order to find one.
 
However, sometimes there really isn't any date there. In this case, just leave it out of your listing on your "Works Cited."
 
This is the general rule--if information is missing, leave it out of the listing.
